GWELL PVDF Film Extrusion Line has three dedicated models: GWS75/GWS90/GWS120, which are respectively suitable for production of cast film, solar backsheet film, and thick silicon acid wash plate. They precisely meet the needs of different specialized fields.
2. Control Specifications, High Precision
All three models can strictly control the size accuracy: GWS75/90 produce films of 25-30 microns and 1250mm wide, GWS120 produce thick plates of 1-10 microns and 1250mm wide, and all specifications fully meet the high-precision application standards.
3. High Efficiency, Sufficient Production Capacity
The equipment operates quickly and has excellent production capacity: GWS75 runs at 20 meters/minute with a production capacity of 120kg/hour, GWS90 runs at 30 meters/minute with a production capacity of 180kg/hour, and GWS120 can produce up to 350kg/hour for thick plates, which can support large-scale production.
4. Customization, Meet Requirements
Each model has been specially optimized: GWS75/90 focus on improving the uniformity of the film, suitable for production of cast film and backsheet film; GWS120 optimizes rigidity and processing performance, meeting the requirements of thick silicon acid wash plates.

1. Extruder
The extruder of GWELL is equipped with a Siemens PLC system. It operates very smoothly and features closed-loop control and a first-level speed increase function. The screw is specially optimized and combines resin expertise, rheological principles, and simulation technology. This enables PVDF to fully melt, achieve uniform color, and produce high output. Moreover, this machine is specifically designed for precise processing of PVDF, featuring corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high output, low energy consumption, and extremely strong plasticizing capacity.
2. Die
This mold from GWELL was designed by integrating industry experience, the properties of PVDF resin, rheological principles, and multiple simulation technologies. It also underwent customized optimization of PVDF through an exclusive simulation system, enabling precise control of thickness tolerance. The mold is equipped with a fully automatic film thickness measuring instrument, which can finely adjust the thickness deviation of the melt within the mold width, ensuring the uniformity of PVDF film thickness to be accurately within ±1 filaments.
3. Casting Roller
GWELL’s casting roller adopts an internal flow channel design. The temperature control is precise to ±1℃, and the roller surface accuracy can reach ±1. The dual high-precision control ensures a more accurate thickness of the PVDF extruded film.
4. Tension Control System
The tension control system of GWELL is equipped with tension sensors and an exclusive controller from Italy Re, which can precisely adjust positive and negative tensions. It is also equipped with a complete set of servo motors and controllers, making the operation accuracy of the PVDF film extrusion production line even higher.
5. WSD-III Winder
The modular WSD-III winding machine by GWELL is designed to be compatible with domestic plastic extruders. It can handle various materials and features a 3/6-inch air expansion shaft that can be easily replaced. It also has a pre-acceleration function, which can reduce tension fluctuations. The equipment comes with automatic film cutting, rewinding, unloading, and metering functions. The cone tension can be precisely controlled within 5-200 Newton-meters. The system automatically tracks the film surface tension for positioning, ensuring a higher film flatness. This not only reduces the manual operation intensity and material waste, but also improves production efficiency and operational safety.
Product Features
1. Superior Material Performance
The PVDF film is made through the extrusion and stretching process, inheriting the core advantages of PVDF: wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, good thermal stability, low smoke and flame retardancy, resistance to ultraviolet rays, nuclear radiation, impact resistance, strong weather resistance, high strength and toughness, and resistance to mold.
2. Excellent Chemical & Structural Stability
The PVDF film is a fluorinated copolymer, similar to polyvinyl fluoride in properties. Its chemical bonds and structural stability are stronger than those of other polymers. It is not affected by atmospheric pollutants or highly corrosive solvents, and can protect metal plates from rusting and prevent the decoration surface from fading and becoming brittle.
3. Good Weather Resistance & Wide Temperature Adaptability
The molecular structure of the PVDF film remains stable under ultraviolet light, and it will not be acceleratedly aged by sunlight. It can withstand repeated temperature changes. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -70°C to +110°C, and is suitable for outdoor environments all over the world.
4. High Processing Accuracy, Verified by the Market
GWELL has provided batch-produced PVDF solar backsheet films for domestic enterprises. The thickness is uniform and the precision is high. After market testing, it can replace DuPont Tedlar’s PVF film, with almost no performance difference.

1. PVDF Ultrafiltration Membrane Extrusion Line: This type of membrane is mainly used in water treatment, sewage purification, and the ultrafiltration process in food processing;
