The twin-screw main unit has been upgraded and improved, completely solving the problem of excessive shearing; the barrel and screw are made of dual-metal material, and these materials such as PC, PMMA, and GPPS can all be compatible. Combined with high-quality core components from around the world and an efficient exhaust system, it not only enhances the transparency of the plate, production output, and energy efficiency, but also significantly reduces crystal point issues.
2. Precise Intelligent Control, Steadily Ensuring Optical-Grade Quality
Equipped with a gravity-based high-precision metering device, it can precisely synchronize the feeding speed, gear pump, and screw rotation speed; there is also a high-performance three-roll calendering machine, with the roller body made of high-polish hard alloy steel and an internal high-temperature pressurized water circulation system, driven by a vibration-free Siemens servo. The temperature control accuracy of the calendering roller can reach ±1℃, the surface accuracy ±0.01mm, and the sheet thickness is extremely uniform, ensuring no problem with optical-grade quality.
3. Intelligent & Convenient Operation, Efficient & Worry-Free Fault Handling
Using Siemens servo control + Ethernet transmission, combined with a HMI centralized control system, all parameters such as current, pressure, and temperature can be clearly seen on one screen. It supports rapid fault location, remote maintenance, and channel-level precise diagnosis, minimizing equipment downtime. The equipment is digitally designed, making debugging and maintenance particularly convenient, and the stable control system also makes the overall performance of the equipment more reliable.
4. Rich Functions and Customizable, Full-Process Automated Production
Support for UV protective layer co-extrusion, the flat, inclined, and vertical configurations of the three-roll calendering machine can all be selected; the width of the sheet is 1220/1650/2100mm, the thickness is 0.1-3.0mm, the maximum length is 3000mm, and the color can be customized as needed. The entire process is automated: hydraulic quick net changing, cooling, trimming, PE film lamination, automatic cutting, vacuum suction stacking, and these energy-saving designs such as vented extruder and low-level alarm for material level monitoring, have high production efficiency and cost savings.

Product Features
1. PC Transparent Plate
Exceptionally Excellent Impact Resistance: The toughness is extremely high, with the impact resistance being 200-300 times that of ordinary glass and 20-30 times that of acrylic. Even if subjected to strong collision impacts, the structure can remain intact and will not easily break.
Excellent Thermal Stability Performance: It can be used stably within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. Whether in extremely cold or hot environments, it will not deform and its performance will not decline.
Good Light Transmission & UV Protection: The light transmission rate can reach over 88%, and an optional UV protection coating can be selected. This can not only filter out harmful UV rays to prevent the plate from yellowing and aging, but also protect the items inside the plate.
Flame Retardant & Weather-Resistant: It inherently has a flame retardant effect and complies with UL94 V-2 standards. At the same time, it is resistant to wind and rain, corrosion-resistant, and can be used outdoors for a long time without any problems, without cracking or fading.
2. PMMA Transparent Plate
Outstanding Optical Performance:The light transmittance is as high as 92%, almost on par with optical glass. It transmits light clearly without distortion, and the colors are particularly realistic when viewed.
Super Easy to Process and Shape: It can be easily cut, bent, polished, pasted, and even thermally formed. Any shape can be achieved as desired, whether it’s a curved surface or a product design with special structures, it can all be adapted.
Lightweight & Attractive: The weight is only half that of glass, which can significantly reduce installation and transportation costs; the surface is smooth, and it can be used for screen printing, painting or engraving, making it easy to achieve personalized decoration.
Reliable Weather Resistance: Even when exposed to the sun for a long time, it will not oxidize or change color; except for strong corrosive substances, it has good chemical stability against common acids and alkalis. It is very safe to use.
3. GPPS Transparent Plate
Excellent Light Transmission & Brightness: The light transmittance is approximately 88-90%, and the surface is smooth. When used for product display, the view is clear and the appearance is smooth.
High Cost Performance & Scratch-Resistant: Compared with PC plates and PMMA plates, the production cost is lower, and the cost performance is very strong; the surface hardness is good, and even minor scratches can be withstanded during daily use.
Super Easy for Molding Processing: During molding, the fluidity is particularly good, making it suitable for mass production of complex products; cutting, drilling, and thermal bonding processing can all be completed quickly.
Reliable electrical insulation: It has excellent electrical insulation performance. It is very suitable for components in electrical and electronic products such as instrument panels and transparent casings.
