1. Intelligent & Stable Control System
Equipped with an intelligent control system, the network transmission speed is fast, and it can stably control the production speed, pressure and material transportation. The production speed can be adjusted from 1 to 80 meters per minute. It adopts Siemens inverter servo control and Ethernet technology to ensure efficient, precise and safe production; it also comes with quick fault location, remote maintenance and human-machine interface diagnosis functions, which can effectively reduce equipment downtime.
2. Precise & Safe Winding Performance
The winding part uses servo control, which is more accurate and can synchronize the speed with the entire machine. The winding operation is simple, convenient and safe.

The GAG sheet materials produced have particularly excellent performance, with high transparency, high gloss, strong self-adhesion, good barrier effect; there is no stress whitening phenomenon, and the material is resistant to folding, has stable chemical properties, corrosion resistance, and excellent impact resistance in low-temperature environments.
4. Flexible Customization Capability
The sheet materials can be coated on one or both sides according to customer requirements, and different-sized sheet materials can be customized to meet the production needs of various products such as cylinders, boxes, and windows.

The equipment adopts a dual extruder configuration, combined with a screen changer, gear pump, flow channel and distributor, which can precisely produce PETG + APET + PETG three-layer GAG sheet materials; it can also be equipped with a single or twin screw extruder according to the customer’s raw material requirements. The entire machine is made of high-quality low-carbon steel, with electric drive and automatic level function, which is easy to operate and very durable.
