The extrusion system integrates a precision melt pump and T-shaped die head, which can ensure the melt flow is always stable and uniform, and the optical performance of the sheet is more guaranteed; the accompanying real-time thickness scanner will immediately provide data feedback, controlling the product quality throughout the process and preventing quality deviations.

We produce more than 2000 advanced extrusion lines every year world wide.
2. What about shipping?
We can send the small spare parts by air express for urgent matter. And the complete production line by sea to save the cost. You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. The nearest port is China Shanghai, which is convenient for maritime transportation.
