This GWELL production line integrates the main unit, hydraulic system, heating system, cooling system and control system. The PVB film we produce is mainly used on laminated glass - by placing it between two pieces of glass and pressing them together, a safety laminated glass is formed.

The chemical properties of this film are very stable. It can be used normally at temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 120℃. It has strong anti-aging ability and can withstand harsh outdoor environments such as acid rain, salt fog, and strong ultraviolet rays, ensuring that the safety performance of laminated glass remains unchanged over a long period. It can be perfectly adapted to float glass, tempered glass, etc., and its thickness can be adjusted between 0.38 mm and 2.28 mm to meet the safety requirements of different scenarios.

In addition to the core safety function, it can be customized with various functions as needed: adding colored coatings can enhance the appearance level of buildings, tinting films can enhance privacy, and composite coatings can achieve anti-explosion and anti-bullet protection.
