Product Features
1. GWELL’s ETFE fluorine film supports customized specifications. The thickness ranges from 20 to 40 μm, and the maximum width is 1300mm. The production line speed can be 8-30m/min. This high-quality transparent building material has inherent self-cleaning, anti-aging, and corrosion-resistant properties. Its service life can reach 25-35 years. It also has a high fire resistance rating, with a light transmittance of over 90%. Moreover, the material is recyclable, which is environmentally friendly and makes maintenance in the future hassle-free.
2. This PFA non-stick film is made of fluoropolymer. When heated, it will melt and spread, forming a film without pores, with properties similar to FEP films. Its chemical stability is particularly excellent, and the non-stick effect is also superb. It can withstand a continuous temperature of 260℃, which is higher than that of FEP materials. It also has better toughness and rigidity, making it perfectly suitable for meeting the requirements of high-temperature non-stick and chemical corrosion resistance.
3. This PEEK film is a semi-crystalline high-performance special film. It is resistant to high temperatures, lightweight, and has excellent mechanical durability. It can resist radiation, hydrolysis, chemical corrosion, and has excellent insulation and wear resistance properties. It also has the characteristics of low toxicity, no halogen, and flame retardancy. It is also very easy to process and can be adapted to various high-demand application scenarios.

Application
1. This ETFE film has a thickness of no more than 0.20 millimeters and can be used for over 20 years. It is a commonly used transparent material in membrane structures. The Eden Garden project in the UK and the 110,000-square-meter air cushion of the Beijing Water Cube both used it. Currently, it is increasingly being used as a curtain wall and roof material worldwide. It can also be applied in industries such as automobiles, packaging, batteries, food, solar energy, electronics, and medicine.
2. This PFA film has an extremely wide temperature tolerance range, capable of being used continuously from -200℃ to 260℃. It cannot be corroded by strong acids, strong bases, or any kind of organic substances. Moreover, it has high transparency and excellent insulation properties, and has even obtained FDA certification. It is widely used in various fields such as semiconductor packaging in the electronics industry, PCB covering films, inner linings of chemical storage tanks, sterilization conveyors and packaging in the food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in high-end sectors like aerospace and new energy.
3. PEEK film, hailed as the “golden material of engineering plastics”, boasts -196℃~250℃ ultra-high temperature resistance, exceptional mechanical strength, radiation resistance, and biocompatibility.
