Special cooling rolls combined with stress elimination bed, controlling the shrinkage rate within 3%, the film will not warp.

1. EVA Solar Film Features
Transparent EVA Solar Film: The light transmittance is exceptionally high, and it is specifically designed for bonding glass and solar cells. It is made by blending EVA resin with various additives. Its cost-effectiveness is outstanding.
White EVA Solar Film: Compared with the transparent version, this one has been treated with white fillers such as titanium dioxide in advance; it has strong moisture resistance and UV protection, and can directly increase the power generation of the photovoltaic module; it also has excellent resistance to humidity and heat, as well as UV aging resistance, and can effectively prevent the backsheet from aging and cracking.

2. POE Solar Film Features
The water vapor barrier is fully sealed, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the photovoltaic modules and providing extremely reliable protection.
It has stronger anti-PID (potential-induced attenuation) performance, and the components will maintain stable performance even after long-term use.
The current double-sided double-glass and thin-film photovoltaic modules are mostly encapsulated with this type of film.

3. EPE Solar Film Features
EVA-POE Synergistic Advantage: By combining the high light transmittance and high adhesion properties of EVA with the weather resistance and UV resistance characteristics of POE, the comprehensive performance is exceptionally outstanding.

Application
1. EVA Soalr Film
It is mainly used in the encapsulation of conventional photovoltaic modules (such as monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, PERC, etc.). It can be applied to both ordinary ground-based photovoltaic power stations and distributed photovoltaic systems in homes or industrial/commercial settings. It is particularly suitable for scenarios where cost control is desired and only basic encapsulation effect is required.
2. POE Solar Film
It is the core encapsulation material for high-end photovoltaic modules (double-sided double-glass, thin film, N-type TOPCon/HJT); it is particularly suitable for projects in harsh environments such as coastal areas, high humidity, and high altitudes, as well as high-end photovoltaic projects that require a lifespan of over 30 years.
3. EPE Solar Film
It focuses on balancing cost and performance. It can be applied to inland distributed photovoltaic systems, mid-range ground-based power stations, as well as entry-level double-sided modules. It is suitable for medium-sized usage environments.
