The twin-screw mixing extruder is combined with a high-torque gearbox, resulting in high efficiency. The gap between the barrel and the screw is small and precise, allowing inorganic fillers to evenly disperse in the polyethylene resin, resulting in thin and uniform micro-holes in the produced film.
4. High Molding Accuracy
The extrusion molding system uses precision molds and rollers. The width and thickness of the cast film produced are stable and uniform, ensuring consistent product quality.
5. Super Stable Stretching & Shaping
The stretching and shaping system integrates heating, stretching, and cooling devices. It operates very stably and the stretching ratio is uniform, effectively enhancing the mechanical properties and structural stability of the film.

Product Features
1. PE breathable film is a new type of high-quality material that is widely recognized worldwide. It has excellent breathability and can effectively prevent liquid leakage. The membrane is added with 50%-60% ultra-fine inorganic fillers. Through the extrusion and stretching processes, it will form uniform micropores ranging from 0.1 to 10 micrometers. These micropores not only allow air to flow smoothly but also can block liquids. It is particularly suitable for use in fields such as hygiene, medical care, construction, and packaging.

2. PE wrap film is also known as PE stretch film. It is a globally recognized high-performance packaging material. It has strong stretchability, is puncture-resistant, and has extremely reliable self-adhesiveness. Made from high-quality polyethylene and functional additives through advanced co-extrusion technology, it can tightly wrap the goods, preventing loosening, shifting, and also preventing moisture. It is particularly suitable for industrial and logistics packaging.
3. PE cling film is a commonly used food packaging material in our daily life. It is food-grade safe and has excellent transparency. Its self-adhesive property is just right. It is made from food-grade LDPE/LLDPE raw materials that comply with the standards of the US FDA and the EU. It can regulate the gas exchange inside the package, helping to extend the shelf life of the product. The perforations can also be customized as needed. Application
1. Breathable Film, Embossing Film, Perforation Film
It is mainly used for the production of various hygiene products, such as baby diapers, adult diapers, sanitary napkins, base membranes for sanitary napkins, surgical gowns, surgical sheets, as well as sanitary mattresses.
2. Wrap Film
You can choose either single-sided adhesive or double-sided adhesive. They are specifically used for fixing goods and wrapping. They can firmly stick the goods and also prevent dust, oil stains, moisture and water.

3. Cling Film
This product is mainly used for packaging fresh food. It can effectively prevent contamination and also reduce nutrient loss, thus preserving the original nutrients of the ingredients.
