1. Flexible Configuration & Strong Compatibility
It can support multi-extrusion with 1-9 extruders for co-extrusion, such as ABA, ABCDCBA structures, and is also compatible with inclined horizontal pressing structures; single/double screw (with or without exhaust) options are available, and it can be adapted for PP, PS, PE, EVOH multi-layer sheet materials, as well as formulas like PP/PS + calcium carbonate + PP/PS, which can handle different raw materials and different humidity environments.
2. Precise Molding & Accurate Thickness Control
It is equipped with a precise distributor and a hanger-style die head with dual throttle valves, and the separation rollers can precisely control temperature; the three-roll calender with a fixed center axis and synchronous speed control can ensure uniform layering of the sheet material, precise thickness adjustment, and the finished sheet is particularly flat.
3. Stable Feeding & High Plasticization Efficiency
The single-screw model can achieve stable feeding and good plasticization effect; the twin-screw model has good dispersion, low energy consumption, and high production capacity; combined with polyester barrier screws and integrated drying process, it can increase production output while avoiding material degradation.
4. More Stable Intelligent Temperature Control & Easier Post-Processing
It is equipped with PLC and GWELL independent electrical control system, and the rollers and extruder can achieve synchronous closed-loop control; it is equipped with active/passive rubber roller traction, and there is also a large-torque motor with automatic measurement for winding, with high winding efficiency and neatly packaged finished products.

1. Compatibility of Raw Materials
This production line can process polypropylene (PP) resin, and the resulting PP sheets are lightweight, heat-resistant, and non-toxic, making them suitable for daily use items and agricultural tools; it can also produce environmentally friendly polystyrene (PS) sheets. These sheets have good heat forming properties and meet hygiene standards, and are often used for vacuum-formed packaging in the pharmaceutical, food, and electronics industries.
2. Outstanding Practical Functions
The finished sheet materials, especially PS sheets, have less static electricity, are easy to be vacuum-formed, have good impact resistance, and also meet safety standards for food contact. The color of the sheet materials can be customized as needed. Among them, PS sheet materials have higher hardness and can also be used for thermoplastic cups that can be used both hot and cold.
3. Environmentally Friendly & Sustainable
All the sheet materials produced by the production line can be recycled and reused, fully meeting environmental protection standards. 1. Vacuum Molding Type: Capable of producing PP and PS sheets, which are flexible, transparent, non-toxic and recyclable. It is specifically used for vacuum forming packaging of food/fruits, as well as toy boxes, gift boxes and seedling trays, etc.

2. Barrier Application Type: We can produce highly reliable barrier films that are specifically used for packaging electronic components. These films can effectively prevent moisture and resist static electricity, providing precise protection for various sensitive electronic components.

4. High Barrier Special Type: Through multi-layer extrusion technology, we produce multi-layer sheets of PP, PS, and EVOH, which are specifically used for high barrier packaging of jelly, cheese, medical supplies, and processed foods.
