1. Intelligent Multi-Functional Foaming Injection System
Equipped with component-level automatic mixing feeding and flow meters, it can achieve intelligent carbon dioxide injection; it comes with a three-way injection system for Freon/alcohol/carbon dioxide, allowing for flexible switching of foaming media based on raw materials and processes, and the operation is particularly simple.
2. Efficient Two-Stage Plasticization Extrusion
It is divided into two stages of plasticization extrusion. The first stage uses a co-directional twin-screw extruder, with excellent plasticization and mixing effects; the second stage uses a single-screw extruder, with excellent cooling performance.
3. Complete Material Mixing
It is equipped with a static mixer, which can make the material mix more evenly and thoroughly.
4. Precise Molding and Traction
The temperature-regulating and flattening machine can flexibly adjust the thickness and angle of flattening; the first-stage traction adopts a multi-roller group design, which can fully cool the product surface, which is beneficial for forming the skin and also enhances traction force.
5. High-Quality Cutting
It uses a double-blade cutting process, which does not produce debris during operation, and has particularly low operating noise.

Product Features
1. Excellent Thermal Insulation Effect
This XPS board has a closed-cell rate of over 99%, forming a vacuum barrier that effectively blocks air flow and heat transfer. The thermal insulation effect is long-lasting and stable. With a thickness of 20mm, its thermal insulation performance is comparable to that of 50mm thick foam polystyrene or 120mm thick cement perlite, and even better than that of foaming polyurethane with a closed-cell rate of 80%.
2. Strong Compressive & Impact Resistance
The board structure is sturdy, with a compressive strength of over 150–500 kilopascals. It also has excellent impact resistance, capable of withstanding various ground loads. It is particularly suitable for geothermal projects, highways, airport runways, cold storage facilities, and indoor insulation projects.
3. Water Repellent & Moisture-Proof
The polystyrene structure itself does not absorb water, preventing water penetration and avoiding a decline in thermal insulation effect and structural damage due to freeze-thaw cycles. It can also completely solve problems such as leakage, frosting, and condensation that often occur with other materials.
4. Lightweight & Easy to Install
The honeycomb structure of the entire closed-cell type makes the board both lightweight and sturdy. Cutting, transportation are convenient, it is resistant to bumps, and the on-site installation is simple, which can significantly improve the construction efficiency.
5. Stable, Durable & Anti-Corrosion
The chemical properties of the board are stable, resistant to aging, decomposition, and corrosion, and it does not release harmful substances. Its performance is not affected even in high-temperature environments, and its service life can reach 30–40 years, without mold growth or the emission of toxic substances throughout the process.
