The axial tensile strength is more than 7 times that of traditional aluminum alloys. The load-bearing capacity is better than that of aluminum frames, capable of withstanding the impact of typhoons of level 17 and strong sandstorms; the density is only 1/3 of aluminum, and compared with aluminum frames of the same specification, it is 30%-50% lighter, making it particularly suitable for large-sized components. It can also effectively reduce transportation and installation costs.

The effects of salt fog and ammonia corrosion are particularly good. It has passed a 3000-hour salt fog test and can be used in harsh environments such as the seaside, the sea, and deserts. Even in extreme temperature differences ranging from -40℃ to 85℃, it remains stable and does not deform or become brittle, with a lifespan that is 5-8 years longer than aluminum frames.

Application
1. Mass production of polyurethane solar frame can be used for ground photovoltaic installations in residential and commercial buildings, and is also suitable for offshore photovoltaic systems.
2. Customized production of frames that are suitable for different environments is available. They can be used in coastal, desert, and high-altitude areas. The cross-section, color, and surface treatment can all be selected as needed, with high flexibility.
3. Support production of frames that match large-sized components of 182mm/210mm wafers. It is specially provided as a supporting service for photovoltaic module manufacturers and component suppliers.
