1. Precise Control & Easy Operation
Equipped with a digital controller, PLC system and touchscreen operation panel, the electrical control cabinet is compact and filled with high-quality Siemens electrical components. The operation is extremely simple. The PLC and servo motor can precisely control the sheet size, and the frame of the extruder can be moved, making the operation highly flexible.
2. Super Powerful Plasticizing Core
It uses a vertical integrated gearbox, which has a large torque and is very durable; the screw barrel is made of dual metals and comes with temperature control, resulting in excellent mixing and plasticizing effects. Coupled with an imported static mixer, it can fully melt the resin, achieve uniform color mixing, and increase the output of extrusion.
3. Precise Molding & Accurate Temperature Control
The mold is T-shaped / hanger-shaped, and a double throttle design has been implemented. Combined with bidirectional screws and roller adjustment, the sheet thickness can be controlled extremely precisely. The thyristor temperature control has an error of only ±1℃, ensuring stable plasticizing effect; the rollers are independently temperature-controlled, ensuring uniform sheet thickness and a smooth surface.
4. Processing Multiple Products & Outstanding Finished Product Performance
The three-roll calender can be adjusted in angle and height, and also has a stamping table. It is suitable for any thickness of sheet. The slicer cuts accurately, and the winding table is equipped with a torque motor, allowing for flexible adjustment of speed and tension. Our exclusive screw is combined with GWELL vacuum hopper, resulting in products with high transparency and resistance to hardening at -30℃. Additionally, there is dedicated auxiliary design, without the need to modify equipment or stop production, allowing for the direct production of three types of patterned PVC curtains.
