1. High-Performance Plasticization & Molding
The screw is specially designed for mixing, with strong plasticization capability. Combined with a filter-equipped screen changer and a stable pressure melt pump, it can ensure uniform sheet thickness; the die head is designed with a BM frame structure, and can be further improved in thickness control accuracy through dual regulation of the screw and the pressure wheel.
2. Precise Temperature Control & Flexible Processing
The ±1℃ high-precision temperature control system can stabilize the plasticization effect of raw materials and ensure the quality of the sheet; the three-roll calender is designed at a 45° angle and is adjustable, which can flexibly adapt to the processing of PVC rigid sheet materials of different specifications.
3. Intelligent & Efficient Control
Equipped with Siemens variable frequency servo control and Ethernet technology, the system has a “one-click acceleration” function. It can adjust the machine at low speed and produce at high speed, reducing waste generation; the centralized control system displays all equipment data on one screen, making the operation particularly convenient.
4. Precise Winding & Stable Operation
The winding device is servo-controlled, which can synchronize with the overall machine speed, ensuring safe operation and ease of use; the network transmission is fast, reducing operational errors and ensuring stable speed, pressure and material transportation during production.
5. Easy Maintenance & Large Capacity Selection
The system can quickly locate faults, support remote maintenance and human-machine interface diagnosis, minimizing equipment downtime to the greatest extent. It also has GWELL’s after-sales service and lifetime technical support, making the equipment operation more reliable; the extruder can be selected as 80 mm (350 kg/h) or 92 mm (600 kg/h), which can be matched to production needs as needed.

We can send the small spare parts by air express for urgent matter. And the complete production line by sea to save the cost. You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. The nearest port is China Shanghai, which is convenient for maritime transportation.
3. How long is the delivery date?
Usually it takes about 90 days depends on different machinery upon receipt of order advance payment.
