Application
1. Air Purification
This production line can manufacture sub-high efficiency/high efficiency air purifier filters, as well as coarse and medium efficiency filter materials for large flow systems. These filter materials have low wind resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance to acids and alkalis, and corrosion resistance. They offer stable filtration performance, long service life, high cost-effectiveness, and there is no need to worry about hair loss at all.

2. Medical & Health Field
It can produce the core material for dust-proof masks. The masks have low breathing resistance, no discomfort when worn, and the dust-proof efficiency can reach up to 99%. They can be used in hospitals, food processing plants, mines, and other workplaces that require dust and bacteria prevention.
The specially treated melt-blown fabric can also be used to make anti-inflammatory and analgesic membranes. It is breathable, non-toxic, and convenient to use.
The SMS composite fabric (melt-blown + spunbond) produced by the production line is an ideal material for medical hygiene products such as surgical gowns and surgical caps.
