Production Line Details
Extrusion Section
The extrusion section serves as the core of the production line. GWELL Machinery employs an automatic vacuum loader, with an optional multi-component weighing and feeding system available to ensure the precise metering of raw materials. Screw diameters range from 65mm to 180mm, offering a variety of L/D ratio options between 28:1 and 40:1. Melt filtration is achieved using either a hydraulic screen changer or a long-life filter, ensuring the purity and stability of the melt. A melt pump is optionally available and can be selected based on specific requirements to meet diverse production demands.
Casting Section
The casting section determines the quality and performance of the film. GWELL Machinery offers three options for casting roll diameters—Φ800mm, Φ1000mm, and Φ1200mm—while the cooling roll features a diameter of Φ400mm. The line covers a wide range of film widths, spanning from 1800mm to 5850mm, thereby satisfying production requirements for films of various dimensions. The mechanical speed reaches up to 250 m/min, significantly boosting production efficiency.
